Visit our website for more details about Oliver Wyman: www.oliverwyman.com 6-month fixed term contract - HR Operations Generalist - London Key Responsibilities: Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR and payroll related matters Assist with payroll process, liaising with HRIS and payroll provider as necessary Management of HR operational processes and administrative tasks e.g., leading on client background checks Assisting with terminations and exits and managing exit interviews Identifying ways to continuously improve policies and processes Assisting with HR projects Assisting the HR Managers with Employee Relation cases Liaising with Global Mobility in regard to transfers Providing employee training and/or information sessions in HR related benefits and responding to general enquiries related to employee benefits Onboarding & Offboarding of employees and contractors Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations e.g. Right to Work checks Full responsibility for all employee records, digital and physical Running the contracting process for both countries Reporting to state/government authorities about employee’s status Registering Cross-border employees when abroad for projects Processing GDPR Requests for both countries What we would love to see from you... HR Operations experience is essential; 2-3 years’ worth ideally Service focus to meet the needs of stakeholders A problem solver, someone that enjoys finding the solution Well organised with excellent attention to detail The ability to maintain and respect confidentiality Fast paced and able to manage work volume and meet deadlines A collaborative team player with a positive attitude Why join us at Oliver Wyman?
