Summary
Working as a HR Operations Apprentice, you will be an integral part of the EMEA HR team. Whilst the role is varied and you will be involved in strategic HR projects that have significant impact on the success of BlackBerry and our employees, there will also be a significant amount of daily administrative work. This is a great opportunity to start your career in HR, whilst earning a formal Apprenticeship qualification. We are looking for you to roll your sleeves up and get hands on with a broad range of HR related activities. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move into an international HR environment and could provide an excellent platform for development into an HR Business Partner or HR Operations career.

You will:

Set up and maintain employee folders, including electronic folders
-
Support the Business Partner, Employee Relations and Operations teams by initiating employee change forms and paperwork relating to organizational structure changes, acquisitions, internal transfers, promotions, leavers, salary changes & re-organizations and cost centre changes

Support or lead special projects for the Business Partner, Employee Relations, Operations team and Human Resources/client group initiatives.

Maintain employee information, do periodic audit and submit amendment as required

Generate reports for the HR Business Partner, Employee Relations and Operations teams and client groups

Respond to management and employees on HR related inquiries

Administer leave of absence such as annual leave, medical leave, childcare leave, maternity leave.
