The HR Operations Analyst supports the company’s Human Resources department in the daily administration of its activities, end to end for all operational topics. They will help create a productive work environment by designing, implementing and monitoring employee processes, programs and policies. The Analyst also serves as a liaison between the Human Resources department and employees for effective communication. Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of all employee life cycle events. The incumbent is also responsible for the operational activities related to international mobility and expat management ensuring accurate and timely completion.
The main tasks are listed below and can be supplemented at any time based on shifting priorities and business environment. Display ownership of the following tasks and manage the subject with an agile mind set and a comfort with change.
End to end HR operational and administration, including all employee documentation, maintenance of employee files, systems updates, onboarding, local and international movements, offboarding, life cycle events, supporting payroll, benefits administration, providing references, processing invoices, and providing support to any other divisions within the HR department as needs be
Be the first line of support for HR operational queries
Support the production of HR governance materials for committees, audit and management reporting
Participate in both local and group HR projects
Continuously be abreast of best practices to improve workplace efficiency HR Operational risk support
Be the point of contact for international mobility and expatriate administration as well as internal and external briefings on an ongoing basis, manage global recharging and invoices as needed, liaise with local and global teams in HR and third party vendors as needed to ensure that all new, current and previous expatriates are managed according to policy and regulations. Provide the relevant data and information to HR local and global teams; track, review and report on costs associated with expatriates and secondees; complete monthly and quarterly reports for expats and short term business visitors;
Review, and process global recharge and vendor invoices in a timely manner;
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
