The UK HR Officer is a vital role in our friendly London team, supporting all HR operations and various functions. The role is the key point of contact for our UK employees and works closely with our international Managers and the wider, international, HR team. The role reports to the HR Manager who is based in the UK.
The role is associated with our London office but can be managed in a Hybrid or primarily Home Based way.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing the monthly payroll supported by our external payroll provider
- Managing employee data using our HR database
- Leading the new starter and leaver processes and supporting managers where needed
- Being the first point of contact for employee queries, offering advice and support
- Support and lead ER activity
- Support local engagement activities to keep our London spirit alive
- Manage end to end recruitment process for the UK as required
- Proven experience within a similar role with an understanding of UK employment law
- Ability to work in cross cultural environments with strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of our teams.
- CIPD or equivalent qualification would be preferred
