The HR Advisor will provide general information and answer routine questions regarding the application of human resources policies and procedures to employees and managers.
The Duties include but not limited to:
- Reporting to the Group Head of HR, the HR Officer will work closely with the HR and Management Team, this is an excellent opportunity for an HR Officer to expand their skills and use their creativity to deliver innovative solutions and support to the team.
Duties Include:
- To ensure all HR admin is up to date.
- To follow up with appropriate managers as necessary to ensure resolution of problems involving incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant documentation.
- To provide general information and assistance on employee benefits, enrolment procedures and documentation, claims processing, and provider listings; to refer complex issues requiring interpretation to the Group Head of HR as appropriate.
- To ensure compliance with the Asylum and Immigration Act and ascertain 100% Compliance with the file audits.
- To assist with administration of Exit Interviews of all leavers and prepare reports on this matter if requested.
- To play an active role in planning, organising and managing staff recognition and social events.
- To conduct and assist manager with employee relations matters.
- To assist and maintain the recruitment process along with the recruitment team.
- To assist the L&D Manager with training.
- To drive employee engagement while ensuring employee satisfaction and driving retention.
- Office administration tasks including stationary orders, and personnel filing.
- Assist the Recruitment Manager with all aspect of recruitment.
- Assist the Group Head of HR in all projects and relevant duties.
What are we looking for:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources in Hospitality
- Experience with ATS systems
- CIPD Qualified or working towards Qualification
