This is a fixed term contract until April 2024, working 22.5 hours per week.
We are looking for a People/HR Officer to join our busy People/HR Team, working alongside colleagues to deliver an exceptional People service to the organisation. If you have a demonstrable track record of delivering excellent customer service and have strong administration and IT skills, we’d love to hear from you.
The postholder will report into the People Shared Services Manager, with responsibility for delivering all People related processes, workflows and administration, as well as contributing to the smooth day to day delivery of the team. The role will include responding to queries via our Helpdesk, directing colleagues to appropriate resources and providing administrative support to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is a varied role, liaising with all levels of the business, with exposure to many different People related tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS
We will provide full training for this role, however someone with previous experience of Recruitment and People processes would be advantageous. Proven customer service and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to undertake a range of administration tasks. You will also be required to work from home on an on-going basis, therefore you must be confident in using a range of IT packages and systems.
