We are currently recruiting for an HR Officer to join a well established manufacturer in Romsey. This is the perfect opportunity if you want autonomy, great variation, job satisfaction and a genuine opportunity for future progression.
As HR Officer you will be based on site in Romsey but will also be overseeing general HR duties for multiple sites across the UK. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR advice to line managers and directors
- Recruitment and on-boarding of new starters
- Management of external HR contractors
- Implementation of new HR process and procedures
- Issuing employment contracts and contractual change letters
- Overseeing all training and skill enhancement activity across the business
- Presenting at various meetings within the organisation
- Investigations / Disciplinary / Grievance Meetings
This is a genuinely exciting role for an 'Investors in People Gold' company. Previous HR experience is essential and it would also help if you have experience of overseeing more than one site. As with any role in HR, you will need to be organised and able to respond quickly in a dynamic working environment.
