Job description
The Ascott Limited’s UK based Human Resources team is looking for an experienced HR professional ready to take on a new experience. As a real estate investor, owner and operator, we operate six London sites and one Liverpool site, primarily Serviced Apartments and one Full-Service Hotel.
Our team of four in the UK, part of a wider European HR team, work across two office locations in central London, along with a hybrid working model. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support with the recruitment and onboarding management for our UK portfolio, using the respective business systems (harri, Workday, ADP).
Day to day you will look to focus on:
- Recruitment management with the business stakeholders
- Coordination with the onboarding process with pre-hires, HR and the business
- First level employee relations and performance management
- Ensure administration and compliance is maintained to department procedures
- Support with Payroll, working to be the back up support for monthly processing
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or serviced based business
- Completed or working towards your CIPD qualification
- Professional acumen ability through effective stakeholder relationship
- Fluent in oral and written English, with proficiency in MS Office product suite
- Proactive problem solving approach
