Job Title: HR Officer
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Metro House, 203 Pinner Road, Northwood HA6 1BX

Job Summary:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee staff S&M training compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
- Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
- Support the Finance Team on monthly payroll ensuring information provided to run payroll is accurate.
- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
- Develop, HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
- Implement learning and development plan.
- Manage SAR from employees.
- Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.

- Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies, support by LMC Law
- Support the recruitment process – this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
- Carry out new starter corporate inductions.
- Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
- Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
- Maintain annual compliance checks on all clinical staff
- Support change management processes
- Carry out 6 monthly staff surveys and with the Senior Leadership Team to develop action plans.
