Job description
We are looking for a confident, talented and rigorous practitioner to take on the role of a Human Resources Officer at Ellis Guilford School. The role includes the delivery of high-quality HR support for the recruitment of new staff and existing employees. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, possess excellent IT skills and will be able to communicate effectively with staff and external agencies. Experience of working within an educational setting and a working knowledge of Safer Recruitment would be desirable, but not essential.
