HR/Office Administrator (Part-time)

We are looking for a part time HR/Office Administrator to provide additional support to our growing team. You would join a friendly and happy company who are focussed on providing high quality care and support to children across Gloucestershire and surrounding counties.
Responsibilities:
As a small team we have a sleeves-rolled up attitude – working together to get the job done. Your main responsibilities will include support for the Senior Management Team and Office Manager to:
· Support with the recruitment of new staff, including onboarding arrangements
· Support finance team with monthly analysis of expenses and home spend
· Normal office duties including answering calls, data processing, organising maintenance requests and ensuring annual vehicle and safety checks are completed
· Support the Office Manager with monthly payroll processing
· Deputise for the Office Manager in their absence
Skill required
* 2 years within a similar role would be preferred but is not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and written skills
* Highly skilled in all windows/office packages – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
* Ability to understand and pick up new IT packages quickly and easily
* Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy a must
* Empathetic and caring nature
* Clean Driving License preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week worked over 5 days – term time, covering main school holidays considered
This is an office based role only
Salary: £21,000-£23,000 pro rata
