We are seeking a HR Manager / Officer to join our fast paced, growing and dynamic business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of HR support to Senior Management and ensure the Company operating in line with UK employment law and excellent practice
- Support the delivery of day-to-day HR processes on the local market, including recruitment, localization of company policies and maintenance of employee database, etc.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with statutory requirements and enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness
- Produce reports and presentations regarding to salary or employee issues when required
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
- 2-5 years or above of proven experience in a HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll administration, experience dealing with visa is highly preferred
- Must be eligible to work in UK
- Able to provide DBS check
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
- Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
