GRADE 13 - £49,590 - £51,502
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking to appoint a HR Manager to assist the Head of Human Resources (HR) in the proactive delivery of innovative HR services that will support the Service’s mission to deliver excellence in emergency response and community safety.
The HR Manager will also have responsibility for a specific portfolio of responsibility that can be periodically rotated. These include, but are not limited to:
Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, & Performance and Reward
Employee Resourcing, Establishment Management, Organisational Design & Support Services
Occupational Health, Absence Management, Fitness & Well-being
The post is 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday), and is based at Service Headquarters, Carmarthen, although the Service does operate an agile working procedure that supports home/remote working as appropriate.
