HR Manager
Oxon/Bucks border
£38k - £45k dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits

We work across a variety of HR activities including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, reward, org design and L&D. All of our team are client facing, supporting clients through either a fully outsourced HR support model or a hybrid approach where we compliment an existing HR Team. We pride ourselves on being customer centric and commercially astute.
Our offices are based in Bicester however given the nature of our work; we are looking for someone who can be flexible. You’ll be comfortable working from our office, travelling to our client sites and working from home – there’s no fixed patterns it will depend on the week's activities and client’s needs. We trust our team to balance the needs of the client with their own.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking to speak to HR Advisors/Consultants with a strong HR Operations background, who thrive when working at pace, enjoy variety and building strong stakeholder relationships.
You’ll be a true HR Generalist with the ability to develop and embed solid HR operations tailored to the needs of the business. You will have a track record of quickly building rapport and strong partnerships and working with managers across the full employee lifecycle but with strong experience in employee relations and recruitment. You should know best practice and be able to provide practical HR advice.
As experts in our field, clients often look to us to lead and implement on HR technology solutions including ATS and HRIS. Your previous project management and implementation experience as well as your curious nature will ensure you are up to date with the latest HR tech trends to allow us to recommend and deliver the most relevant solutions and systems.

What we need:
- Experience working in a fast paced HR role, dealing with multiple client groups
- Commercial and practical approach to HR, coupled with a good understanding of employment law
- Organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible in approach with the ability to adapt to different clients and scenarios
- A “can do attitude” with strong levels of ownership and accountability with the drive to deliver
- Strong relationship building skills, able to build credibility with key contacts and stakeholders at a senior level
- Strong attention to detail

- Tech savvy and experienced in using HR systems and tools
- Strong IT skills including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of payroll is advantageous
