There has never been a more exciting time to join our team. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to advise and support our senior leadership team, monitor and update our company policies, provide guidance and support to our employees and to process payroll on a monthly basis.
This role will be exciting and varied, and whilst your primary responsibilities will be focused around HR, you will also be responsible for managing the company’s payroll and pension scheme. We welcome full-time and part time (minimum 3 days) applicants for this role.
Essential Duties:
· Ensuring compliance with various HR procedures, including disciplinaries and performance management
· HR projects, such as developing new internal processes and management tools
· Recruitment and developing recruitment campaigns
· Onboarding process for new starters, including preparing employment contracts for new and current employees
· Collating payroll information to provide to our outsourced payroll provider
· Supporting the senior leadership team
About you
This role will suit someone with HR and payroll experience. We are looking for someone who can ensure we are compliant with employment law; whilst also bringing new and innovative HR ideas to the table to improve our HR processes.
Essential skills and knowledge:
· Excellent language and communication skills
· An empathetic, professional approach that inspires confidence
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; with the ability to master new programs
· Understanding of employment law
