As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, retaining, and nurturing top talent for our client's business. Working closely with the Executive Team and HR administrators, you will spearhead vital HR projects, including leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and support Senior Leaders and HR Administrators in their roles.
- Utilize your expertise in working within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with standards like Ofsted.
- Play a vital role in safer and effective recruitment, ensuring the right talents align with the organization's culture, contracts, and objectives.
- Contribute to the growth and protection of our client's culture, with recruitment taking center stage in your HR duties.
- Keep the Pathway culture at the forefront of all work, with marketing and recruitment reflecting the organization's core values.
- Provide efficient services in human resourcing, recruitment, selection, performance management, and learning and development. Lead and direct HR administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate a good understanding of HR principles and practices, evidenced by CIPD Level 7 or 5 and/or other HR-related qualifications.
- Showcase your ability to lead and manage staff effectively, providing expert advice and support to the Executive Team.
- Be the go-to person for staffing disputes and disciplinary matters, effectively resolving issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Exhibit strong written communication skills, including the ability to record meetings, write reports, policies, and letters with precision and clarity.
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering talent development strategies and overseeing the delivery of employee development programs.
