Customer Service Advisor - Fixed term 12 months
Base location –Kingswinford (Hybrid working model)
Salary - £20,970 - £24,353

Right now, we’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our team based at Kingswinford. Here you’ll join our Appointment Booking team taking both inbound and outbound calls. This varied role will have you dealing with a variety of queries such as booking smart meter appointments for customers, issuing key and cards to off-supply meters and supporting customers through the process of acquiring new energy solutions.
As a front-line advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and delighting our customers, actively promoting the benefits of smart meters, giving useful energy advice and offering further energy solutions.
What we need from you
- Ideally, you will already have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role.
- Are empathetic and able to build rapport with our customers, with an outgoing, self-motivated, and friendly personality.
- Naturally you will have great communication skills and will be comfortable handling a large amount of inbound and outbound calls each day.
- You will also have the ability to deal with challenging situations in a professional manner.
- You are capable of processing and reacting to change in a proactive way in line with changing regulations.
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgement to make decisions.
- Can demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced changing environment and works well towards KPI’s under pressure.
