Manager Human Resources - 100% Remote

The leader in this position is responsible for developing and leading several key areas within the HR Consulting organization: 1) Develops strategy and planning in support of continuous improvement of HR Consulting and Caregiver Relations Consulting service models, including designing systems architecture and technology in support of strategic plan. This role serves as the product owner of technologies and systems including ServiceNow. 2) Strategy for services delivered to executives, physicians, core leaders, caregivers and Field HR by the Caregiver Relations and HR Consulting teams. This includes designing, defining and implementing the operating model and end user experience within the HR Consulting group and elsewhere in the organization. The leader must be forward-thinking to deliver innovative and integrated services and continually look for opportunities to improve services through technology. 3) Collaboration on HR strategy and customer experience of overall HR service portfolio. 4) Collaborates closely with CHROs, Field HR and COE leadership to identify opportunities to streamline, standardize and modernize processes through centralization in HR Consulting/Caregiver Relations Consulting functions. 5) Drives analytical & data-driven decision-making, continually improves operational performance & results of HR Consulting and Caregiver Relations teams. 6) Develops and implements new initiatives to support caregivers and core leaders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 8 years Experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business.
  • 5 years Experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.
  • 3 years Experience leading projects and setting performance criteria, guidelines and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3 years Leadership experience.
