The Human Resources Business Partnering Team is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and professional Human Resources Officer to provide professional and responsive advice and guidance to managers and staff to ensure the consistent application of HR policies and practices within the Trust.
Advising within the framework of NWAS policies and the legal context, on areas such as absence management, recruitment & selection, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and organisational change under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Whilst the HR Officer role will be a generalist HR role including involvement in all elements of the employee lifecycle, it will have particular focus on absence management case support and coaching for our front-line managers.
