You report to the Operations Manager and the Owner.
- Enhance the organization’s human resources by evaluating employee relations and policies, programs and practices.
- Perform and monitor all performance reviews and assessments and recommends to fellow managers actions to follow with each employee.
- Understand and update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions as necessary.
- Follow and strengthen the recruiting program and counsel managers on candidate selection, checking references, conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
- Originate and execute strategies with other departments if necessary to attract Rockstar candidates, that are aligned with company culture and vision.
- Recommend a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; preparing pay budgets per department; planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees if necessary.
- Research and recommend employee benefit programs and with the help of marketing, informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Retain historical human resource records by filing and retrieval system by keeping past and current employee records up to date.
- Deal with any requests related to previous & current employees.
- Revise and recommend incentive & bonuses plan for both companies.
- Provide reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis regarding labor cost per department, turnover, overtime, company goals and achievements.
- Recommend and lead the implementation of software that keeps up with all our staff training in videos and PowerPoints, followingup with our employee appraisals and day to day detail.

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
