Liberty HR Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Client on an exclusive basis, on their search for an Senior HR Advisor. This permanent role is based within an SME and is offered with hybrid working in Fareham, Hampshire.

As a professional HR advocate some of your responsibilities will include;
· Establish the HR Function for the Business.
· Advising and supporting managers and stakeholders.
· Identifying potential policy and contract changes and bringing them up to date and ensuring they align with group policies.
· Responsible for the recruitment process, including maintaining agency relationships and monitoring their performance.
· Reporting into a fantastic Leader.
You will have first class communication and analytical skills, and be friendly, approachable and professional by nature.
You will be a self-starter, proactive and real generalist who is not afraid to “get their hands dirty”.
You will possess CIPD Level 5 as a minimum and have excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge.
The role is based in Fareham and the salary is between £35,000 - £40,000 dependent upon experience. The company is also very refreshing as it offers some unusual and fun benefits!
