Are you a strong determined HR Individual looking for a part-time role within the waste management industry? Then we may have the role for you.
As the HR Manager, your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Act as first point of contact for any HR related queries.
- Conduct investigations, resolve grievances.
- Support the recruitment process including advertising, arranging interviews
- Preparation of employment contract packs and offer letters
- Maintain Manage Training Matrix
- Administration of HR
- Employee relations including supporting managers with managing absence, including sickness and annual leave through our online cloud portal.
- Attend Management Meetings and provide HR updates.
About You:
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Good People Skills (participating in employee grievances)
- Sensitivity in Handling Confidential Issues
- Knowledge of HR and Employment Laws and Regulations
- CIPD Level 5 qualification would be extremely advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 Years experience as an HR Manager
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-14 per week
Salary: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
