Job description

Carden Park Hotel are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to join their HR Team.  This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly and engaging team, playing a key part in the hotel’s people and strategic journey.

In the role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives across a broad spectrum of HR functions such as; Recruitment, engagement, reward and recognition, employee development and employee relations. 

You will have strong employment law knowledge and understanding and be competent in dealing with varied queries.  You will have a track record of delivering HR strategies which align with the business values, whilst being confident, approachable and engaging you will have a fair and pragmatic approach to people management

The role will also involve the direct line management of the HR Advisor and HR Admin.

You will have CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum with generalist HR experience.  Hospitality background is not a necessity.

 

Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday. There may be a requirement for the odd day at the weekend.

Salary dependant on experience.
