Job description
We're on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Business Development Consultant with a strong focus on B2B sales. Your mission will be to fine-tune our inbound and outbound call processes, establish CRM and VOIP systems, implement sales tracking and measuring tools, and occasionally provide training sessions for our future sales team.
Please note - This is a part-time, project-based position with the potential to evolve into a longer, ongoing role.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize our B2B sales processes, particularly inbound and outbound calls, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Aid in the establishment of a CRM system, advise on VOIP solutions, and implement sales tracking and measuring tools to streamline sales operations.
- Craft a comprehensive training program for our B2B sales representatives, delivering occasional training sessions as required.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
- Offer sporadic support and coaching to our B2B sales team, providing constructive feedback to empower them to reach their full potential.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our sales strategies maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in a marketing agency setting and experience with outbound calls.
