Purpose of the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join the IAG People & Culture team and build on their existing diversity, culture, talent and leadership experience. IAG (International Airlines Group) is one of the world's largest airline groups including a number of Operating companies (OpCos): airlines such as British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Iberia Express, LEVEL, Vueling and the IAG Platform companies - such as IAG Loyalty, IAG Cargo, IAG GBS and IAG Tech. IAG is on an ambitious journey, and this is an important role for us. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing a range of key strategic global projects and programmes to deliver our people and culture ambitions - working in strong partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role sits within a small team in the IAG Holding Company and has the scope to make a significant impact as we look at where we can best add value across the IAG Group - building on the foundations the team has already put in place, identifying synergies across the Group and taking accountability for building out new areas.

Accountabilities

This role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver strategies that create an environment where all our people can thrive and enable us to deliver on our ambitions as a Group. Leveraging your existing DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), culture, leadership and talent expertise you will partner and collaborate with key stakeholders across IAG including People Directors and business leaders, as well as members of the Management Committee (Executive team). Part of a small team in the IAG Holding Company, this role has the scope to make a significant impact as we look at where we can best add value across the IAG Group and you will have the opportunity to develop a deeper expertise in some areas and as well as breadth.

The role is based in West London.
