Job Description: Front of House Team Member
*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*
This role requires availability throughout the week during the day and alternate weekends. We are not looking for students in full time education and all applicants must be available for a minimum of 6 months. Ideal working days would be Monday, Thursdays, Fridays and alternate Saturdays but can be discussed on interview.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Basic math and retail math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and maintain excellent communication with team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with other team members and customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
Salary: £8.00-£10.50 per hour
