A few things to note:
This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources; is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and people managers in designated functional areas, and is accountable for formulating partnerships across the business to deliver value-added service. Our office is located in the Howard Hughes Center, on the west side of Los Angeles; the HR team works in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely every Friday (we provide you with paid garage parking...and we cater lunch every day).
Responsibilities:
- You will act as a contributing partner and colleague to HR Centers of Excellence
- You will collaborate with people managers to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which our people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
- You will support with developing people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- You will partner with functional leaders on performance-related issues and employee relations, including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- You will work closely with Learning and Development on the training programs in areas of career mobility and job performance
- You will manage the internal onboarding and off-boarding process and create an excellent employee experience
- You will maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employment law, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- You will coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
- You will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business partners to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- You will analyze and interpret various types of reports to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years of business experience
- Experience working in a corporate office environment, including executive teams
- Knowledge of employment regulations and administrative requirements

Salary Range
: $90,000 - $100,000

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
