What we are looking for:
- Expert Head of People / HR with exposure to a global professional services company
- Ability to operate at both an operational and strategic level across a complex and growing organisation
- Ownership of the ‘employee lifecycle’, delivering exceptional support to employees in all locations
- Ideally CIPD qualified or a degree or master’s degree in HR
- Ability to embrace change and work within a dynamic and growing organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Talent
- Oversee L&D function
- Lead the Diversity and Inclusion agenda
- Be an advocate for employee wellness and belonging, driving initiatives centred around employee experience

Salary: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
