Job description

What we are looking for:

  • Expert Head of People / HR with exposure to a global professional services company
  • Ability to operate at both an operational and strategic level across a complex and growing organisation
  • Ownership of the ‘employee lifecycle’, delivering exceptional support to employees in all locations
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or a degree or master’s degree in HR
  • Ability to embrace change and work within a dynamic and growing organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Talent
  • Oversee L&D function
  • Lead the Diversity and Inclusion agenda
  • Be an advocate for employee wellness and belonging, driving initiatives centred around employee experience

Salary: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
