Responsibilities
- Partner and coach to Global Leadership Team (UK, US, Vietnam & India)
- Working in partnership with Finance and other support functions to deliver long term people and HR strategies to Pizza Hut Digital & Technology - c200 employees worldwide
- Ownership of organisational workforce planning which will include global operational expansion
- Partner with Pizza Hut Digital & Technology, Talent Acquisition Lead to the build pipeline of future capabilities and align people strategies
- Responsible for internal D&T goal setting strategy to drive performance globally
- Deliver people engagement and culture strategy with aim to scale across Pizza Hut Global
- Act as a consultant, advising on engagememnt review and lead on actions to elevate the employee value proposition
- Ownership of day to day operational activities, leading HR Operations across UK, US, Vietnam and India
Requirements
Experience in working for global, multi-fasceted organisation, preferably in digital and tech organisation or large tech business unit
- Experience in leading and supporting global HR inititiaves and or projects
- Remote leadership experience
- Proficient with HR analytics and insights – using these to drive targeted actions and internal efficiencies
- Being able to effectively manage ambiguity
