As a Human Resources Intern, you will get an opportunity to develop your fundamental workplace skills and experience to help build your future HR career. While providing valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities supporting full employee lifecycle you will also get involved in projects such as Comp & Ben, employee engagement and strategic improvement initiatives. This is a 12-week paid internship.
We will offer on-the-job-training gaining insight into a globally commercial business. This position will be based in Livingston, with occasional travel to Kelso site.

Essential Criteria
Demonstrates discretion, integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
Highly detail-oriented and well organised
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Team player, with ability to collaborate across departments
Positive attitude and willingness to ask what more can be done
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint
A student in their penultimate or final year currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field for entire duration of the internship
