At INEOS, our HR teams are responsible for recruiting, retaining and rewarding some of the brightest minds in the petrochemical industry, as well as supporting organisational and employee development, managing change and integrating new acquisitions.
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive recent graduate. You will be involved in projects covering a range of HR specialities including recruitment, training and development, supporting the design of a global compensation process and generalist HR.

About You
To be considered for this exciting entry role, you will need to fulfil the following requirements:
- A minimum of 2.1 degree (expected or attained)
- An A-level in a numerate subject an advantage
- Ambitious and motivated
- Flexibility to travel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- The ability to work under pressure, with confidence
- A bias for action, initiative and delivery, a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ideally you would have some HR experience via internships or work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft packages
