HR Graduate
We are currently looking for a talented and passionate HR Graduate to join our the HR Team at Fairmont Windsor Park.
The HR Graduate is responsible for the smooth operation of the administration functions of the HR department, providing a comprehensive and pro-active HR service across the hotel departments. The HR Graduate is responsible for all administrative duties and is available to assist the Talent & Culture team in delivering day to day processes and procedures.
- Recruitment activities including managing applications, screening, coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring mangers
- Drafting HR documentation and correspondence
- Processing day to day payroll administration (starters and leavers)
- Ensuring that all HR processes are complete and compliant
- Interacting with the internal stakeholders on a daily basis
- Additional ad hoc HR projects in line with the company strategy
What are we looking for:
- A Bachelor or Master level degree in a relevant subject
- Previous experience within hospitality is an advantage
- Drive to deliver results and willlingness to learn & grow
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
