Residential Service for adults with Learning Disabilities
Introduction
Compass Associates are proud to be working within an exclusive partnership with a national provider of Residential and Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and accompanying needs such as epilepsy and Prader-Willi syndrome, with a remit to recruit for a new Registered Manager to oversee a medium sized Residential service located in the Romney Marsh Kent.
Overview
This exciting role involves the overall responsibility of this 'Good rated service, reporting to and working alongside the Operations Director, you will be taking in the CQC Registration for a successful and settled Residential Service.
As the Registered Manager, you will have the chance to maintain and develop the service with a vision to take it to an Outstanding rating and work alongside equally passionate colleagues trying to make a difference to the service users' lives.
The organisation are extremely person centred focused and will be looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager that shares the same ethos and approach. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating the staff team to deliver the highest quality of care to adults with a diagnosis of, Learning Disabilities, ASD and Challenging Behaviour.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of managing either an adult's Residential or Supported Living Service Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different strategies
Excellent knowledge of CQC
Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual
Good links with the Local Authority
Summary
The Registered Manager will play a crucial role in the day-day running of this Residential service. This Registered Manager will work alongside the Senior Management Team and have hold full accountability for the leadership and performance of this specialist Residential Service that support those with, Learning Disabilities, ASD and Challenging Behaviour. As the Service Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with CQC.
