The Role
As a HR Trainee, you will get an opportunity to develop your fundamental workplace skills while gaining experience in a global HR team which will help build your future HR career.
No two days will be the same, you will have opportunity to develop skills and provide valuable support to the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Functions. Where you will get your chance to learn about how our work impacts everyday career development across the world. From kick starting career journeys to developing employees to achieve their career aspirations, build your skills and see how you can be here with us, shaping others futures.
You will also have the fantastic opportunity to get involved in global projects that drive employee engagement.
This is a unique opportunity to be mentored by an established HR Business Partner as well as being supported by those around you. You will have the freedom to be creative, innovative and stretch yourself as far as you want to go!
Alongside your role, we will teach you softer skills such as key business tools, communication, teamwork, and cross functional collaboration.
What You'll Need to Succeed
In order to succeed we are looking for a Graduate in Business or Human Resource related discipline.
You will have a passion for learning, seeking opportunities to be creative, enjoy solving problem and supporting those around you!
You will be a confident communicator, who strives in a team working environment.
You must able to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your career in HR!
