Job description
Our client is looking for an administrative assistant within their Guernsey Office to provide administrative support across all teams and assist within the compliance area.
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board packs
Assisting in the drafting of Minutes
Arranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etc
Posting and reconciliation of daily banking
Assisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisation
Collection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmes
Ensuring all correspondence is stored electronically
Providing cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Guernsey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
