Job description: A well-established NHS trust in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team on an interim basis for 3 months initially. This is a hybrid role with requirement to be on site in Leeds a minimum of two days per week and the flexibility to increase that on an ad-hoc basis depending on workload.
This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will be able to add-value in a transformative and worthwhile organisation.
The successful candidate will be:
- Acting as the first point of contact for managers and staff providing timely HR advice and guidance
- Assisting with sickness absence cases and non-complex sickness meetings
- Supporting on disciplinary and conduct investigations
- Providing support at all HR meetings including preparing documentation for hearings
- Contributing to the development of appropriate HR policies and procedures
It is essential that candidates applying for this role have previous experience in a HR Advisory position and desirable that are CIPD Level 5 qualified.
