About the Department:
This is an exciting time to join the SOAS HR Team as we continue to review and enhance our HR services to ensure that we provide an outstanding HR service supporting the needs of our stakeholders.
About the Role
The role is responsible for implementing employee variations of contract and other changes across the employee lifecycle, as well as implementing processes and procedures such as UKVI compliance, maternity and sickness pay and other employee benefits. The team also provide administrative services to deliver mandatory training and support annual exercises such as discretionary pay increases, and one-off projects such as restructures.
The post holder will deliver excellent customer service by providing guidance to managers and responding to queries, resolving issues and identifying improvements to processes and procedures
