Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our talented team in the delivery of a professional comprehensive and responsive HR advisory service.
As a HR Advisor you will work closely with the HR Team to provide a customer-focused and professional HR service. You will provide responsive and proactive advice to managers and staff. You will support and advise on a wide range of issues including interpretation of a range of policies including sickness absence management, disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, change management and terms and conditions of employment.
This is an exciting role with a broad scope of responsibility so we are looking for an individual who will work well as part of the team to achieve results and also use your own initiative.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to influence and negotiate, as well as being a good team player. It would be an advantage to have previous experience within the NHS and an understanding of NHS terms and conditions although this is not essential. You will require knowledge of employment law and be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
The HR Team are currently working from home with regular on site working.
