SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a local charity who are looking for an experience HR Advisor to join their great team.

Salary - up to £32,480
Hours - 37.5 per week (office based, free onsite parking) Occasional travel to local locations.

Role

Partner with the senior leadership team and Managers to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organisational development.
Participate in the continual development of the Employees Life Cycle, make recommendations where needed to adjust the people strategy
Lead the Recruitment and Selection end to end process, providing best practice advice and ensuring compliance
Manage the HR System ensuring regular review to meet business needs and make recommendations for change where needed.
Manage the onsite Occupational Health provider ensuring adherence to OH requirements by role
Monitor the compliance of on boarding of staff through the completion of onboarding trackers, induction check lists
Support the payroll manager with regard to daily management of starters/absence/leavers absence and maternity
To support and coach line managers through the disciplinary and grievance processes
Delivery of HR related workshops e.g. recruitment and selection, Diversity and Inclusion
