SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a local charity who are looking for an experience HR Advisor to join their great team.

Salary - up to £32,480
Hours - 37.5 per week (office based, free onsite parking) Occasional travel to local locations.

Role

• Partner with the senior leadership team and Managers to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organisational development.
• Participate in the continual development of the Employees Life Cycle, make recommendations where needed to adjust the people strategy
• Lead the Recruitment and Selection end to end process, providing best practice advice and ensuring compliance
• Manage the HR System ensuring regular review to meet business needs and make recommendations for change where needed.
• Manage the onsite Occupational Health provider ensuring adherence to OH requirements by role
• Monitor the compliance of on boarding of staff through the completion of onboarding trackers, induction check lists
• Support the payroll manager with regard to daily management of starters/absence/leavers absence and maternity
• To support and coach line managers through the disciplinary and grievance processes
• Delivery of HR related workshops e.g. recruitment and selection, Diversity and Inclusion

Required

• CIPD Level 5 or desire to work towards it
• Previous HR generalist experience
