Planhat is looking for an HR Generalist to join us on our journey as we are revolutionising Customer Success. We are in a hyper-growth phase, with a platform that is loved and used by thousands of users across the world. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and global team in an expansive phase. As of today, we are 160+ people in over 20 different countries.
This is a hybrid role where your main focus will be part of the global People team. In your role you will support the business and teams in EMEA. You will be a trusted partner to managers, support the HR administration of the employee lifecycle (including onboarding, offboarding of employees, and other operational processes), while when needed, support the management team in screening and handling candidates through the recruitment funnel.

As the majority of the EMEA team is based in the UK and Sweden, the required candidate's location for this role is either London or Stockholm.
Skills & Requirements:
Responsibilities
Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless integration into the company.
Supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle including employment changes, offboarding employees, and other operational processes.
Preparing and administering employment contracts, visa applications, and other related documentation.
Collaborating with department managers to further improve and develop their teams.
When needed, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and employment regulations in the UK (Sweden is a plus).
Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob knowledge is a plus), and tech savvy overall.
General HR experience with onboarding, contracts, terminations, and visa management.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use critical thinking skills to solve problems.
Experience in, a high-growth startup environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
Proven track record of demonstrating sound judgment and upholding the highest levels of integrity in HR decision-making.
Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and employees.
Comfortable with ambiguity and ad hoc task assignments within the larger organisation.
Bonus points:
Experience from other fields than HR
Experience as a Recruitment Professional in a high-volume candidate market,
preferably in the software industry.
Success in recruiting for commercial roles (Sales, CS, Marketing, etc.)
Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) services (Deel)
