Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Contract Type: Permanent (Mon-Fri 37.5hrs)
Location: Alderley Park
Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We currently have exciting opportunities to join our award-winning pensions department. As a New Business consultant, you will work with a variety of internal and external customers, including Financial Advisors and RLG Members. You will be their first point of contact for processing new applications and dealing with inbound and outbound calls, building strong relationships, and keeping the adviser/customer up to date, resolving any queries through to completion. So ensuring all our customers receive the best support and feel confident making decisions about their long-term savings and investments.
About the role
Provide a professional and market leading experience for every customer.
Manage customer queries via inbound/outbound calls as well as responding to email and written correspondence.
Prioritise and respond to customer queries in a timely fashion, keeping the customer informed.
Accurately log all queries and maintain accurate customer data that meets our regulatory standards.
Work as part of a wider team to ensure best practice, and provide consistent support to customers, meeting their needs and supporting the RLG purpose.
About you
Experience in a customer service role via telephone or face to face.
High level of customer care; always putting the customers’ needs at the heart of the decisions you make.
Polite, professional phone manner with the ability to communicate in a clear, confident, and sincere tone.
Thrive in a fast-paced administrative environment with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple queries and processes simultaneously and accurately.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
