Part- time HR and Wellbeing Advisor
Providing a professional and highly effective HR service within the educational sector, you will be responsible for ensuring that employee relations, compliance, policies, procedures and legislation are all implemented and adhered to along with embedding strategies to support staff with well- being and retention.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Working with the Senior Leadership team to ensure a cohesive approach to HR Management
- Advising and supporting the Staff and Pay Committee
- Providing reports on statistics and attendance
- Ensuring policies are regularly reviewed and updated
- Recommending appropriate courses of action in line with best practice, policies, employment legislation etc.
- Providing advice and support to managers in change management activities such as redundancy, TUPE and other organizational change solutions
- Administering all aspects of recruitment
- Leading on the induction of all new employees
- Advising on options for training and development
- Developing and facilitating a programme for staff training
- Supporting Line Managers with all attendance and employment relations
- Assisting with development of systems and assisting with information for payroll
Skills and experience required:
- CIPD qualified
- Experience of working at the relevant level and dealing with complex
- Experience of handling significant change, including restructure, redundancy and TUPE.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Up to date knowledge on policies, procedures and Employment Law
- Self-motivated and resilient to ever changing demands
- An excellent relationship builder and team player
This role is for 30 hours a week, predominantly term time and offers flexibility for hybrid working (Head office is based in Pershore). (FTE Salary - £34,573-£37,261)
