We have a fantastic opportunity to join the supportive and talented team at East Hampshire District Council as a HR Advisor.
We work to provide a customer focused and credible generalist HR service.
You'll be a real people person who is able to handle ever-changing priorities with ease and a superstar at planning and organising your workload. Variety is key in our team and you'll be providing professional oversight and delivery against our organisational transformation Project. The role also supports and provides HR advice on an assortment of ER issues including TUPE together with supporting our manager and staff with knowledgeable and engaging advice.
Previous experience of a similar role in a local authority/public sector organisation is a distinct advantage and we are open to facilitating a secondment arrangement.
You will be qualified to at least CIPD Level 5 or have similar relevant experience, will be able to demonstrate previous HR Advisory experience in a generalist role and will ideally have sound knowledge of employment law.
