Due to our ongoing company success and internal growth, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us at Childbase Partnership, an employee-owned childcare provider, in the role of HR Advisor.
This is a hybrid role and you will work part of the week from home and part of the week from our head office in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. The role will include some travel to sites across the UK. You will join us on a full-time basis (40 hours a week).
You will act a case manager for employee relations issues within your allocated sites, and you will provide generalist Human Resources advice to line managers and employees, dealing with a diverse range of HR responsibilities across all areas of the employee life cycle.
This role will suit you if you are looking for a varied role with involvement in people projects, policy development, people development and employee wellbeing strategies.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- experience of providing employee relations advice to line managers, informed by a sound understanding of UK employment law
- a CIPD qualification (minimum level 3, level 5 or above preferred)
- an ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level
