Within a span of three years, you'll have the chance to ascend to the esteemed position of HR Business Partner. We are fully committed to supporting your progress by covering the costs of your Level 7 CIPD qualification, which includes two years of study and a final year of consolidation. This structured approach ensures that you gain the essential knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role as an HR Business Partner.
Your Responsibilities:
In your capacity as an HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive HR advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff within your designated business areas.
Your expertise will encompass various crucial aspects, including recruitment, absence management, conditions of service, policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
Additionally, you will work closely with our in-house Payroll Team, ensuring that monthly HR information is prepared and verified for smooth payroll processing.
As an integral part of our HR team, you will report to the HR Manager, who will actively coach and mentor you throughout your journey.
Moreover, you'll collaborate with our Learning and Development Business Partner and Diversity and Inclusion Manager, playing a crucial role in advancing our company's learning and development initiatives and fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Your Skills/Experience:
As an HR Advisor, you'll be a skilled problem solver, adept at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working at an Assistant or Advisor level with a HR team.
