Overview
An opportunity has arisen within the Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust for the role of HR Advisor to cover maternity leave. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and highly competent person to deliver a high quality and enabling HR advisory service to our schools.
What we are looking for
We are seeking: -
- An individual with a successful track record of providing HR advice, ideally across a multi -site setting .
- The ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders across a number of schools.
- An individual who has experience of using HR systems and databases and has the confidence to deliver systems training to school staff.
- An individual who is committed to delivering high quality HR services for our schools and children.

Salary, hours and pay scale
HR Advisor (maternity cover)
Pay Scale - £30,151-£32,909 per annum pro rata
Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave
0.5 FTE , all year round
