Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an HR Advisor based in Bedford for a local school.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Job Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37 hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
The role…
As the HR Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:
- Coordinate and lead the recruitment process including answering queries regarding offer letters, contracts and pre-employment checks.
- Responsible for the induction process and overseeing the probation process.
- Analyse absence reports monthly.
- Produce employee relation letters for sickness absence management, disciplinary and grievance invites and outcome letters.
- Update records on the school's HRIS.
The experience required…
As a successful HR Advisor, you will have the following:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified.
- Previous experience within an HR Assistant role.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Diplomatic and able to handle confidential matters in a sensitive matter.
- Strong IT skills with experience using Word, Excel and an HR MIS.
