HR Employee Relation Advisors (Specialist)

Location - London

6 month Fixed Term Contract - This is initially a 6 month secondment opportunity

Job details:

There are several opportunities to work with an exciting client as an HR Employee Relations Advisors.

The EMEA employee relations team is based in London and Dublin, and work with HRBPs and managers across a number of countries supporting in the resolution of workplace issues and providing support in the:

  • Guidance of case management across:

    • Probation management

    • Performance management

    • Absence management

    • Disciplinary processes for topics within the ER purview

    • Grievance process

    • Investigations into allegations of bulling, harassment, retaliation and discrimination

  • Reorganisation/restructuring and redundancy activity within business areas including legal entity set ups.

  • Building partnerships to work closely with the HR lifecycle operations team to support design, development of policies, processes and supporting documentation for our employees, managers and HRBPs.

  • Working with a variety of stakeholders across EMEA on projects with people workstreams

  • Identification of trends and themes from ER data to make recommendations for long term sustainable solutions


Experience required in:

  • Employee relation HR case management, providing solution-based advice and guidance to managers and HRBPs.

  • Creation of ER case documentation including investigation reports/outcomes.

  • Experience in giving advice and guidance to HRBPs and business leaders on reorganisation and restructuring activity in line with local employment practices and employment law.

  • Supporting in design and development of ER related policies and procedures.

  • Building partnerships with business leaders and HR Business leaders and HR Business patterns.

  • Working successfully within ambiguity and within a complex, fast paced and challenging business environment
