Set within the leafy Mortonhall Estate, We are an award winning caravan and camping park having achieved numerous Trip Advisor ‘Certificate of Excellence Awards’. We offer primarily touring and camping pitches all year round as well as holiday homes, camping pods (Wigwams) and shepherd huts to hire. We provided a wonderful escape for those seeking a short break holiday or longer.

Smart team players with personality and who will be natural in communicating with our customers and team members and who enjoy providing excellent levels of service. As this is a customer service role you will enjoy variety of work and engaging with our guests to deliver excellent customer service.
We are seeking a team player who enjoys variety in their work, routinely walking the park on a daily basis ensuring the security of the park, locking facilities, encouraging park rules and quiet times are observed, checking in guests and out on an evening in reception until a certain time, cashing up, responding to guests queries, pitch checking and cleaning/checking of facilities. There will also be some health & safety checks.
Aspects of the role will include...
- Greet & welcome guests
- Checking in guests, liaising and assisting with late night arrivals.
- Serve guests in the shop located in reception.
- Pitch checking
- Checking around the park liaising with guests, pitch checking and ensuring the security and well being of guests by applying park rules.
- Assist guests with local and tourist information.
- To assist with health & safety checks
- Cleaning of facilities and maintaining the high standard of presentation.
- Ensure the security of all company property including stock, keys, equipment, accommodation and buildings and locking facilities.
