£125,000 - £135,000 per annum + Package
Tide Recruitment are delighted partnering with a Private Health Care company in their search for a new HR Director. This is an exciting job opportunity to join a first-class company that prides itself on delivering a high-quality service to its service users and ensuring its employees are happy and engaged.
We are looking for people professional who can deliver on the strategic objectives of the organisation through effective leadership and innovation. This is a very exciting time for the company, with many exciting projects to get involved in, however, this role requires someone who truly understands that they will need to get stuck in to ensure that the people plan is delivered.
This is a high-level position and requires someone who holds extensive experience working and leading a large HR directorate across a multi-site operation.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience working within the health & social care sector. Although this is not essential, it is highly advantageous.
- Gravitas
- Previous experience leading a large HR function, both strategically and operationally
- Due to the nature of the sector, there will be a bias towards recruitment and resourcing
- Someone who inspires and empowers colleagues
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Commercially focused
- MCIPD / FCIPD
